Heal with solar light therapy, grounding therapy, cold thermogenesis therapy, all in a low nnEMF environment.
Sun Exposure's Impact
Insufficient sun exposure may be responsible for an increased incidence of breast cancer, colorectal cancer, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, autism, asthma, type 1 diabetes, and myopia.
Benefits of Sun
Solar exposure is beneficial for conditions such as colorectal, breast, prostate, and pancreatic cancer; non-Hodgkin lymphoma; arterial hypertension; obesity; type 2 diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome; nonalcoholic hepatic steatosis; multiple sclerosis; Alzheimer's disease; and several psychiatric disturbances.
Infrared Light
Body irradiation with red and near-infrared light, commonly referred to as photobiomodulation (PBM), has demonstrated beneficial effects in animal models of chronic diseases. Beyond this, preliminary evidence from RCTs suggests potential clinical benefit from PBM for chronic diseases.
Sunlight to POMC
Sunlight is a trigger for the production of Pro-Opiomelanocortin (POMC) in human skin. POMC is cleaved into other important peptides like beta-Endorphin and Adrenocorticotropic Hormone (ACTH). The release of these POMC derivatives is linked to a cascade of beneficial physiological responses. For instance, alpha-MSH has demonstrated anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties in various tissues, indicating that this sunlight-mediated pathway is an essential, multi-functional trigger for broader health benefits beyond just Vitamin D synthesis.

Nerve Remylination
We hypothesize that sunlight can trigger nerve remyelination:
Sunlight/UVB leads to POMC in Skin
UVB radiation hits keratinocytes, causing DNA damage that activates p53 and results in the synthesis of the precursor protein Proopiomelanocortin (POMC).
POMC derivatives (alpha-MSH) cause Neuroimmunomodulation
POMC is cleaved into alpha-Melanocyte-Stimulating Hormone (alpha-MSH), which is released systemically. alpha-MSH acts as a potent anti-inflammatory neuropeptide via Melanocortin Receptors (MCRs).
alpha-MSH/MCR signaling promotes Oligodendrocyte Precursor Cell (OPC) Differentiation/Remyelination
alpha-MSH is hypothesized to interact with MCRs on Oligodendrocyte Precursor Cells (OPCs). This signaling promotes their differentiation into mature, myelin-producing cells, thus driving remyelination.
