The conventional medical approach treats health issues primarily with medications. However, this strategy is often ineffective and potentially leads to further complications because it fails to address the underlying cause of poor health.

Similarly, approaches within functional, integrative, and natural medicine—while seemingly focusing on root causes—rely heavily on expensive laboratory tests, supplements, and treatments. They often focus on special diets, "leaky gut" and gut infections. These methods, too, are often ineffective, as they may also miss the ultimate, foundational cause of declining health.

The true root cause of poor health lies within the field of biophysics and the misuse of the electromagnetic spectrum. This misuse includes, but is not limited to:

  • Infrared light: Insufficient exposure to beneficial infrared light from the sun, which stimulates mitochondria.

  • UV light: Insufficient exposure to beneficial UV light from the sun, which stimulates proopiomelanocortin (POMC), vitamin D, and other metabolites related to vitamin D.

  • Excessive Exposure: Overexposure to disruptive wavelengths, notably blue light.

  • Non-native Electromagnetic Fields (nnEMF): Exposure to non-native electromagnetic radiation also plays a significant contributing role.

  • Grounding: A lack of grounding, which reduces inflammation.

In essence, the ultimate root cause of poor health is environmental, specifically relating to how the modern environment interacts with and disrupts fundamental biophysical processes.
